Small Business Incubator Study
Digital Adventures was awarded a contract with the Sault Ste. Marie Economic Development Corporation, to undertake a feasibility study for the potential creation of a small business incubator in downtown Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The project involved primary and secondary research, financial analysis, the identification of funding opportunities and potential site locations. Recommendations were provided based on the research and analysis.
As a result of the study, the Sault Ste. Marie City Council voted to proceed with the creation of an incubator advisory committee, development of a full business plan for a three year pilot project, and further investigate government funding opportunities.
Nevin assisted Business Sault Ste. Marie through the development of a comprehensive and thoroughly well written feasibility study for our Small Business Incubator project. His work was instrumental in our moving the project forward, and provided a strong basis for the resulting business plan.
